No Show/Late Cancellation Policy

Our practice is dedicated to providing timely and effective care to all our patients. When an appointment is missed without prior notice, or is canceled with insufficient time for us to offer the slot to another patient in need, it can result in significant disruptions to our schedule and prevent other patients from receiving timely care.

To ensure that we can continue to provide the best possible service to all our patients, we have implemented a no-show and late cancellation fee. This fee covers the costs incurred by the practice due to missed appointments or late cancellations and helps us maintain our commitment to providing efficient and accessible care.

Please be advised that the no-show and late cancellation fee will be $50 for appointments missed without at least 24 hours notice. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
